Although Tony trained as a Refrigeration engineer it’s a long time since he’s been on the tools. You can often find him involved in technical issues and bespoke designs, as he can’t help himself. Tony started the business in 2002 and has steered the company throughout. He has finally admitted he can’t play golf and prefers 'putting' the miles in on his road bike.

Sarah has been with the company right from the start in 2002, she also worked with the team for 7 years before that. A committed Aston Villa fan that left Birmingham because she hates flyovers. Sarah is the go to person in the company when technology doesn’t work. She loves taking her two huskies out for a run as well as riding her pinarello road bike.

Lisa comes from a rich heritage of refrigeration and air conditioning; her Dad has had over 40 years in the business and her uncle 30 years. Lisa started her career on the trade counter and has progressed through the ranks. Her enthusiasm and positive attitude is a breath of fresh air for her colleagues and customers. Lisa is well known for liking it warm in the office, we always know when summer has arrived, as she will be down to 2 fleeces when the rest of us are melting.

Paul is our no nonsense, proud Yorkshireman with shiny shoes, who likes to talk. The shiny shoes is a habit from over 10 years in the Army, after which Paul entered the Air Conditioning Industry – 30 years later he’s still here. He brings a wealth of experience & knowledge from spending the last 17 years working for Fujitsu, so he’s got plenty in his artillery to talk about. These days Paul is either practicing his marksmanship on the golf course, or putting his BMW 1200RT motorbike through drills, or both!

Adrian is quite literally our resident magician, as well as a reputation for conjuring spares out of nowhere he is often working weekends entertaining parties up and down the country. New members of staff are frequently astonished by Adrian’s slight of hand. Adrian has been known to enjoy the odd beer and woe betides anyone who gets into a pub game with him.

Sharron, our Credit Controller has 12 years working in Finance she brings a wealth of experience. Not only does she excel in her field she is well known amongst colleagues for her DIY skills. When not using a calculator she can be seen brandishing power tools! Or messing around with new gadgets... and unlike Lisa, Sharron will be seen in the office still wearing t-shirts when down to minus degree temperatures.

Jordan joined Oceanair amidst the COVID-19 saga. After being on the tools he is now hoping to cement a career estimating and offering technical support along side Gary. From Rotherham, Jordan likes to support his local football team... Brighton! He also enjoys boxing and playing on his Xbox. When he's not doing any of those things he is most probably at A&E slightly broken!

Roly is an old hand with renewable energy systems, having spent the past 9 years as a director of a heat pump installer. As our new Air to Water specialist, Roly is available to help all our installers at every step of the process, whether that be sales, design, installation and commission, to navigating complex paperwork systems, annual servicing and troubleshooting. When Roly isn't working he loves spending time with his young family, socialising with friends or windsurfing. With a love of all things water, you could say for Roly that it runs in the blood

With his 15 years experience on the tools before he joined Oceanair he is fully conversant with engineers and can talk through trouble shooting issues and has a real understanding of how the equipment actually works. Outside of work he enjoys his beer!

Katryn joined the team in 2019 bringing 26 years experience of air conditioning, 20 of these were specialising in Panasonic /Sanyo of which Kat is a self confessed fan!! Kat enjoys finding solutions that specialising in three brands can offer consultants and contractors. In her spare time Kat runs an Akita dog club in Kent and Sussex, and occasionally works for Akita rescues, where she can.
