We carry a vast range of equipment across our 3 warehouses in Mansfield and Crawley.
All of our stock can be delivered next day if required, generally the heat pumps and tanks are strapped to pallets to eliminate transit damage.
We also have access to our 4 manufacturers UK and European stock who we work with closely to forecast projects to ensure reliable availability.
We can arrange dedicated timed deliveries as well as Hiab and tail lift.
System Design
We will listen to what you are trying to achieve and advise on the most appropriate product selection but it doesn’t stop there, we can help with radiator or underfloor integration and sizing, pipe work design and sizing, electrical schematics and controls selection, wifi ready product, cloud integration and APP control. We can help you through the design process to ensure you are MCS compliant.
We can help you integrate cooling into your heating design, if the machine can do it why not use it! Modern properties are often so well insulated that solar gain alone can push up the heat gains in summer and the ability to cool as well as heat certain zones becomes very attractive.
When we design we select the right heat pump at the right design conditions to give you the right KW capacity when it is required therefore we never undersize a heat pump.

Our dedicated team of air to water designers is at your service to help with every heating or cooling application.
We employ best practise design based on thousands of heat pumps sold to ensure every heat pump performs efficiently and delivers maximum comfort at minimum cost.
Each heat pump is commissioned to manufactures recommendations and set up to provide years of reliability. We employ dedicated technical support engineers who have decades of experience on heat pumps and are here to help with technical queries site visits and commissioning. We record the serial number of every product sold to ensure warranty compliance
Training
We can help heating engineers who are looking to transition in to heat pumps with refreshers on Heat loss calcs, pipework sizing, radiator sizing and underfloor as well as controls integration and commissioning
We have a dedicated training facility at our “Heat pump Academy” in Mansfield to deliver “Hands on training” operational rigs can show installers what to expect during installation, commissioning and general operation. We can also initiate live faults on the rigs to assist in fault finding and troubleshooting.
We welcome heating engineers and Electricians as a major part of the installation is the controls and wiring.
