The i-warm core is designed to be installed under screed application, a professional-grade underfloor heating product. Ideal for early build projects, core utilises encapsulated PET technology combined with graphene infrared heating, making it suitable for demanding environments and durable flooring options.

• i-warm Core is pre-wired and available in linear metre options—1LM, 2LM, 3LM, and 4LM—each at a width of 580mm. These standardised lengths make installation quick and efficient, especially suited to the demands of construction professionals and large-scale developments
• Includes pack to help you complete installation
• Thanks to its encapsulated PET construction, Core is highly durable and resistant to moisture—making it ideal for use in kitchens, bathrooms, and other areas where humidity is a concern
