Description

This kit enables the application of outside air temperature control to the boiler water flow temperature, resulting in increased energy savings. The included outside sensor measures the outside air temperature and transmits a signal to the boiler, which adjusts the maximum flow temperature accordingly. If the outside air temperature exceeds the system's design temperature, the flow temperature decreases, leading to reduced running costs. As a result, the boiler will operate in condensing mode more often, resulting in increased savings. Once installed, the sensor is automatically detected and can be configured by adjusting the boiler's operating parameters. When paired with any Ideal boiler, timer, and temperature control, it ensures full compliance with Boiler+ ERP Class 2, leading to increased efficiency of the central heating system.
